Disneyland Paris’ Run Weekend will take place on September 19-22 and this year’s medals have been unveiled by runDisney.

Centred around the theme of Adventure, there are seven medals on offer depending on which race(s) you take part in. Runners of the 5K race will receive a medal which celebrates The Lion King, whilst the 10K runners will receive a Disney princess themed medal including characters from Tangled. There will also be a kids race, where runners will be awarded a Peter Pan medal. Those who complete the half marathon will receive a medal with the greatest Disney couple of all time – Mickey and Minnie.

If you’re up for an even bigger challenge, you can take part in multiple races and receive an extra special medal. For completing the 10K and half marathon you will be rewarded with the 31K challenge medal featuring Aladdin and his magic carpet, whilst adding the 5K on top to fulfil 36K will earn you a lovely Genie medal.
