Disney’s new streaming service Disney+ will be launching on November 12, and among the incredible content available will be a brand new movie starring Peyton Elizabeth Lee and Skylar Astin.

Titled Secret Society of Second Born Royals, the movie will be a contemporary princess story focusing on rebellious Sam, a princess who is second in line to the throne but wishes to leave her royal life behind. However, according to Oh My Disney, “everything changes when Sam suddenly discovers she has superpowers and belongs to a longstanding secret society, aka the Secret Society of Second Born Royals.” The film will see Sam attending a super-secret training program, whilst her and her fellow classmates have to save the world.

Secret Society of Second Born Royals stars Andi Mack’s Peyton Elizabeth Lee as Sam, whilst her second-born classmates include Faly Rakotohavana as Prince Matteo, Isabella Blake Thomas as Princess January, Olivia Deeble as Princess Roxana, and Niles Fitch as Prince Tuma. The movie will also star Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) and Elodie Young (Daredevil).

Speaking about the powerful message of the film, Agnes Chu, SVP of Content for Disney+ said: “We love the themes of self-discovery and empowerment inside Secret Society of Second Born Royals, and our partners at Disney Channel are the perfect team to deliver this movie with adventure, humor and heart.”

Secret Society of Second Born Royals will join the likes of Monsters At Work and the new Star Wars series The Mandalorian on Disney+.
